Are you wanting to make change in your life, but afraid of small town stigma? Do you live rurally? I exclusively offer remote therapy, meeting with people in the “comfort of their own home” via phone or HIPPA secure video. I love people, and working with them to attain their best possible life in every way, whether it be relationship challenges, intimacy issues, managing anxiety, combating depression, life changes, conflict management, parenting, addressing stress, etc. One of my personal standards of care for my clients is to provide a safe and supportive environment, as well as creating a space free of judgment.
I've worked extensively with couples, and people of all ages and walks of life. I work with many therapeutic models, focusing on what my client’s needs are. While I worked with all types of issues in my practice, with the more limited scope of remote counseling, I do not work with Alcoholism, Addictions, Ongoing Abuse, Eating Disorders, or Suicidality.
