I am passionate about working with adolescents, teens, and adults but ultimately, no matter who you are I want to help my clients live the life they desire. I practice with a variety of therapeutic models and techniques in order to best serve my clients and their specific needs. I hold a deep sense of empathy and compassion for each client's unique journey in life. Practicing with an integrative approach allows me to help each client use their strengths, communities, and resources to meet their goals.
I do not take lightly what an honor it is to hold space for my clients. I understand how terrifying it can be to open up to another person. However, vulnerability is not a bad thing because it leads to opportunity. My role as your therapist is to empower and guide you in unlearning negative thinking patterns & to build upon the strengths you already posses.
