Each client is the expert of their own life, and my goal is to guide you toward growth and change that aligns with your personal values. I specialize in helping clients heal from trauma, effectively manage anxiety, recover from the effects of depression, and build secure relationships. Therapy is a collaborative journey, and I am excited to join you on your path towards growth and transformation.
I have specific training and special experience in treating the following areas: anxiety (including panic attacks and social anxiety), OCD, relationship difficulties, and recovery from the effects of past or present trauma.
I take a collaborative, person-centered approach to help clients explore ideas and strategies to effectively manage thoughts and emotions. I often draw from ACT, CBT, and EMDR. In relationship work, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy and attachment-based techniques to support clients in building healthier, more fulfilling connections with others.
