I use powerful, up-to-date therapy approaches like ACT and ERP (exposure therapy) to help you find lasting relief from anxiety and OCD. To help clients heal from trauma, I am am trained in EMDR. With couples, I draw on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) techniques to strengthen connection, build trust, and create secure, stable relationships.
