I am social justice oriented therapist that uses an anti-oppressive, culturally inclusive & decolonizing mental health lens to honor all parts of you as a human being. I provide counseling to adults & parents/caregivers of children ages 0-5.
There is an enormous amount of complexity to human despair & suffering. You don’t have to bear that burden alone.
