Being a human can be difficult, and we all build walls that help us move through this difficulty. Sorting out which are supporting us and which are old news is a pivotal part of evolving and continually showing up. The second piece is integrating this information, and meeting the You that exists today fully. There is only so much healing we can do alone in our rooms, and coming back to life means returning to the world. Whether the impetus to reach out is a new grievance, old trauma, recent recovery, impending ceremony, or a desire to be a more clarified version of yourself in this life, I'm here to hold and explore it all with you.
I believe in the power of firstly being humans together, and the coregulation and recalibration that can happen in this space. This is not an echo chamber- you'll be lovingly challenged and "invited in". A safe space is the bare minimum. Together we will focus on creating a brave space where change can occur through curiosity, care, awareness, and trust.
