I offer support for people struggling, people who want to feel better, who want to grow. I am a good fit for people who want to shift their relationships with themselves, with loved ones, with standards that don’t fit. l am trans and non-binary, and I have a special place in my practice for LGBTQ+ people of all kinds, especially people on the trans and gender diverse spectrum. I love supporting people transitioning into parenthood, out of school and into work, and into new eras.
I offer a supportive, warm environment where you can feel heard. My trauma-informed, strengths based approach allows you to bring all of who you are to your sessions. Through developing trust over time, I help you lean into curiosity, develop self awareness, find more possible choices, and move in a direction that feels more aligned with who you want to be.
