I specialize in treating OCD, anxiety, and intrusive thoughts, using Exposure and Response Prevention and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help you build flexibility, self-compassion, and confidence. I’m especially passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ clients, teens, and those learning to set boundaries, navigate uncertainty, and connect more deeply with themselves.
I use a strengths-based, person-centered approach to help you build resilience, self-compassion, and self-advocacy. Drawing from ACT, ERP, and somatic and polyvagal-informed practices, I offer grounded, relatable guidance to help you better understand your mind and body, reduce anxiety, and find freedom from uncertainty and intrusive thoughts.
