I have been providing psychotherapy and behavioral health counseling to diverse population of adults with a full spectrum of emotional and psychological needs since 2011. I have witnessed many of my clients progress and graduate out of counseling after we have worked together on anxiety, depression, anger, relationship distress, chronic pain, health behaviors, and mild addiction.

I help people to learn to connect with sensations in the body that are signaling unmet human needs. For some people this becomes a meditative process that provides a lifetime of wisdom and more balance. I teach interpersonal communication skills and emotional processing which help create understanding in relationships.

I value evidence-based approaches and support clients to use contemplative practices that fit their values to cultivate deeper peace and self trust. I am trained in CBT, DBT, EMDR, IFS, PACT (Psycho-biological Approach to Couple Therapy), and a dynamic experiential therapy related to ISTDP called DEFT (Dynamic Emotion Focused Therapy).
