Through play therapy and a supportive space, kids can learn to express themselves, improve emotional regulation, and feel more understood. I offer therapy in English and Spanish, so families can receive support in the language that feels most comfortable.
I specialize in working with children, teens, and families around self-esteem, parenting, anxiety, behavioral issues, and emotional regulation. I use play therapy, art-based techniques, and trauma-informed care to help children build skills in a way that feels natural and engaging.
Parent involvement is an important part of the process. I offer a warm, supportive space for both children and caregivers, and we work together to help your child thrive. I offer in-person sessions in Miami Lakes and telehealth across Florida.
