Having worked in a variety of industries, including finance, education, and the arts, I brings a unique perspective on humanity drawing from multiple compartments of life. My approach is rooted in a combination of evidence-based modalities, including EFT for Couples, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and motivational interviewing.
