Hi. I work with families, couples and teens who have anxiety, depression, stress and conflict. If you want help to improve your sleep, reduce your stress and learn ways to manage conflict I can help. I work from a Trauma informed perspective to treat your concerns. I have several years of experience working with families, and have experience working in substance abuse. I welcome men, women and teens who are looking to begin therapy to learn ways to identify stressors, learn new ways to cope with and change negative beliefs.
I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy which is a type of therapy that addresses unhelpful ways of thinking and suffering. I will work with you or your partner/family to identify new ways of coping with challenging situations. Together we will work on the root reactions to stress, trauma, anxiety, depression and conflict. I am bilingual.
If you're ready to start feeling better and get support reach out to me. I work in a group practice and there's always help and support one phone call away. The practice is called Trauma Recovery Services of Arizona. Call or email me today to get started.
