I blend Compassionate Inquiry, CBT, DBT, EFT, IFS, & Motivational Interviewing into a trauma-informed, neurodiverse-affirming, transpersonal, existential, & harm reduction approach that cuts through noise and gets to what’s really holding you back.
With me, you’ll find a space that’s judgment-free, honest, and safe. We’ll dig into your emotions, unpack trauma, anxiety, and relationship chaos with honesty. I’m here to walk with you, push you when you need it, and hold space when you just need to be heard.
