My practice is geared towards the modern client: the ones who are struggling with identity, finding their place in this world, and seem to believe that no one understands who they are. I am here to aid in your quest to find peace with your identity as a person no matter how society pushes against who you are or who you wish to be.
My approach is holistic in nature. I explore the mind, body, and spiritual dynamics of your life and see how they affect you like the cogs in a machine. My Gestalt Approach uses Roleplaying and Body Movement and Exaggeration in order to give attention to your gestures and responses to how you confront and understand who you are.
