I am nobody. Who are you? Are you nobody too? Then let's talk about it! My practice is geared towards the modern client: the ones who are struggling with identity, finding their place in this world, and seem to believe that no one understands who they are. Some may know, but will believe that they are rejected as a person. Whether it is politics, religion, sexuality, or race; these things are more prominent than ever in society! I am here to aid in your quest to find peace with your identity as a person no matter how society pushes against who you are or who you wish to be.
My approach is holistic in nature. I explore the mind, body, and spiritual dynamics of your life and see how they affect you like the cogs in a machine. My Gestalt Approach uses Roleplaying and Body Movement and Exaggeration in order to give attention to your gestures and responses to how you confront and understand who you are.
Low self-esteem and lack of confidence? I have been there! (Try being a Brony in a compulsive masculine world). Whatever labels you are trying to overcome, there is nothing better than a therapist who has faced similar ridicules, researched them, and applied my experiences to morph myself into your effective, personal, nerdy counselor.
