I am an existentialist therapist specializing in supporting clients through interpersonal crisis, anger management, life changes, and role clarification. It is my goal to help each person live a satisfying life. I work from a person-centered approach and strive to help clients clarify and find meaning in their lives. I believe in the sanctity of the therapeutic relationship and strive to meet the needs of my clients. I also focus on addressing trauma through the practice of Somatic Experiencing.
I specialize in men's issues but have experience working with all genders and ages. I have ten years experience as a teacher and enjoy working with multicultural clients. I have raised my own family which includes a foster child. I am also the parent of an autistic child.
My practice is located in a beautiful setting right out of downtown Olympia. I am currently in the process of becoming a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and have extensive experience working with both perpetrators and survivors of domestic violence.
