We go through many changes in life that affect us in different ways. People have a wide range of emotions which can be overwhelming. Although life can be challenging to manage, we are presented with opportunities to grow. My counseling style is empathetic and genuine. Understanding and creating an atmosphere of support and empathy to be one's genuine self is important to me. Providing the opportunity for a more authentic self is a stepping stone to confidence. My goal is to provide you with a safe place to tell your story.

As a trauma-informed therapist with training in CBT, CPT, DBT, TF-CBT, and mindfulness, I use an eclectic approach to better assist each client and their personal needs and challenges. I come to therapy with the view that every person is created in the image of God and with great purpose. Regardless of your beliefs, I create a safe therapeutic space to process whatever you need.
