No matter whether your problem is anxiety, depression, work, money or relationship stress, I can work with you to resolve these issues. I'm also trained and experienced to work with children and adolescents as well as adults who struggle with self-esteem issues, ADHD/ADD and relationship issues. I can help with short-term issues, like work stress or problems with a child, and longer term troubles, like addictions, money issues or problematic relationships with parents, sibllings or partners. Empathic listening (putting myself in your shoes) and responding accurately to your concerns builds a working connection that creates the context for change.

I work with a wide variety of clients and ages (school-age through adult) with a particular interest in adolescents and young adults having difficulty with life transitions. I frequently work with young people who struggle with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD/Executive dysfunction, and high functioning autism. I work with individuals, couples and families.

She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years’ hands-on experience with children, adolescents, and families. Jen combines a customized variety of evidence-based techniques and skills to create growth and healing in her treatment with individuals and families. Jen works closely with parents to support their unique individual child and family by helping them better understand early brain development and promote change.
