Often the hardest part about recovery and wellness can be taking that step to reach out for help. Yet I believe that once you do the possibilities can be boundless. Greetings. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York State who has experience working with a variety of situations and populations. These include mental health, eating disorders, substance abuse, teenagers, younger & older adults, gender identity, LGBTQ, family therapy, mindfulness to name a few.
I have been trained by the Beck Institute in CBT & Marsha Linehan’s Institute in DBT & mindfulness; this essentially means that you can learn research proven concepts and coping skills to help improve your life. My approach is humanistic and client centered. My calling is to assist clients in reaching their highest potential and working towards inner peace.
I believe the therapeutic relationship can be healing in itself. Please see my linked website for more information. I look forward to hearing from you and working with you.
