Erin Saxer is a Billings-based psychotherapist with over sixteen years of clinical experience. A Montana native, Erin was born in Bozeman and attended primary school in Gardiner, the North entrance to Yellowstone National Park.

I am committed to helping clients move through a variety of challenges by building self-awareness and supporting the practice of new actions. I provide integrated client solution focused therapy. I am trained in trauma informed interventions, am sensitive to a client's attachment style and work to empower clients to achieve their goals. I enjoy working with individuals, couples and groups. I have a special interest in teaching of behavioral management, mindfulness, somatic experiencing, EMDR, emotional regulation, and distress tolerance. Cognitive behavioral resources and tools are the foundation of all my work.

Do you find that life's struggles have you down more than usual? Hi, I am the owner of Sandstone Counseling Services, LLC. I have a Master's in Social Work, and am a licensed clinician. Throughout schooling and work in the field, I have worked with everyone from hospice patients, "SED" (seriously emotionally disturbed) youth, schools, foster children, adults, and families. I have also done an abundance of custody work in Yellowstone County over the past 20+ years. I work with a variety of individuals ages 10 and up. I believe in meeting people where they are and working our way through whatever brings them to my office.

With a Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) , I have been trained in various evidence-based treatments to help you cope with your daily life stressors, trauma, and unexpected life changes. I have been providing professional mental health services in Billings since 2020, and now, as a practitioner in a group practice. I have found those with: a genuine desire for change, have made great strides in their self-actualization journeys.

Hi - Welcome to ONLINE counseling. I have a unique practice that supports people from all over Montana --- after 15 years of seeing couples and individuals in person in my Bozeman office, I'm now working exclusively with individuals online. I have had the honor of helping hundreds of Montanans conquer their depression or anxiety, regain their confidence, improve their communication skills, renew their relationship by working on themselves ... and to get back to being the person they want to be. I am a holistic, empathic, client centered counselor with multiple methods to assist folks in recovery from issues that have affected their ability to function in wholeness. My therapy styles include Energy work, clinical hypnotherapy, EMDR, experiential and talk therapy. I support and endorse alternative healing methods along with counseling and I do not believe that medication is always the right choice for everyone. The overarching attributes that I use with my clients are authenticity, thinking outside the box, insight, candor, and humor.
