As a Queer therapist and spiritual companion, I like to do things a little differently. At this time in my career, I’m mostly working with beloved humans who are bravely journeying through deconstructing their religion of origin and are wanting to explore a spirituality beyond religion. I’m doing this because it was part of my story and was a life-altering transformation I wrestled on my own. The good news for me was coming out the other side as my truest self, and with a new expansive spirituality that feeds my seeker-soul and fills me with awe and wonder (without the rules and guilt/shame). I have over 12 years experience working with both adolescents and adults. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem, and other relationship related challenges. I have a Level 1 and Level 2 trauma certificate from the Ferentz Institute and work with both childhood and adult trauma. I am also an Internal Family Systems Certified Therapist. Though trauma is my speciality, I have experience with a wide range of mental health issues. I have run several groups for adults and for teens in the Montgomery County school system. I offer video and in person sessions.

Natalie has extensive experience working with clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds from various treatment settings, including inpatient residential and outpatient mental healthcare. She works with adults and adolescents (ages 14 and up) and specializes in issues such as anxiety, depression, addictions, substance use, relationship issues, and life transitions.
