I consider myself to be a professional problem solver. When clients contact my office, I work with them to identify what is causing them distress if they do not already know and help them learn new coping strategies to deal more effectively with problems in the future. I have training and experience working with children and adolescents on issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns and developmental disorders. Of particular interest to me is helping individuals who are on the autism spectrum and their families learn healthy ways to find success in daily life. Hi, I'm Kate! I enjoy working with many different clients with varying presenting concerns. I work with children aged 8 and older, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I have helped people struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, adjustments and life changes, self esteem issues, and more. I particularly connect well with adolescent, young adult, and adult women, as well as men struggling with self expression or deep-seeded anxiety or mood issues. Working with adolescent girls is definitely a passion, and I have enjoyed working with them individually, in family therapy, as well as running various groups and workshops.

Dr. Snow specializes in administering psychological and neuropsychological testing with children, adolescents, and adults. She frequently assesses learning disabilities, ADHD, autism, mood disorders, defiance, and conducts pre-surgical evaluations. She is trained in the ADOS-2, a measure that is considered the “gold standard” assessment for diagnosing autism. Her psychological reports include easy to read language and unique recommendations tailored to each client.
