I am a licensed social worker with over 20 years of experience with children and families, and I understand that life sometimes forces us to reimagine how we see the world. Difficult situations involving our families, our bodies, and our ability to care for ourselves or loved ones may cause us to feel anxious or lonely. My work with clients has a firm foundation in person-centered and cognitive-behavioral therapies and frequently incorporates; dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and positive psychology.
