I am a person-centered therapist, which means that my focus is helping clients realize their full potential. I've been a professional counselor for more than eight years, and I've worked with people who had issues like depression, anxiety, family problems, ADHD, anger management, emotional abuse, and trauma. I am a compassionate person. I believe in treating everyone the way I would like to be treated, with respect, compassion, and sensitivity. My counseling approach is eclectic therapy. Eclectic therapy draws on multiple theoretical orientations and techniques to find the best fit for clients’ needs.

Trauma reduces life to painful memories, crowds out positive moments, and replaces them with anxiety and insecurity. I specialize in helping clients reclaim their lives from repetitive worries, rumination, and intrusive memories. I help them recover their identities through a range of therapies, including EMDR and DBT.
