I often come into contact with people that have never felt comfortable expressing their emotions or in asking for help. Pam Goucher is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in both Arkansas and Tennessee with over 30 years of experience. She has worked with clients who have a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, bipolar, trauma, parenting and relationship issues. Pam earned her Bachelor's degree Behavioral Sciences from the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor, and her Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Tennessee-Memphis.

We are often dealt circumstances that are beyond our understanding and personal control. Many of these experiences distort our perception of who we truly are. My practice focuses on liberation- by overcoming the impact of childhood trauma, shame, eating disorders, self-esteem, anxiety, or difficulty attaching (codependency or anti-dependency). My goal is to join you in your discovery that change is possible. Treatment formats include IFS (parts work), EMDR, Brainspotting, and experiential therapies by Pia Melody's work on childhood trauma/codependency.

Conway Counseling & Wellness Center is a group private practice of practitioners with specialties in mental health and wellness including psychiatry. Our treatment is holistic and incorporates traditional counseling with wellness services such as art therapy, yoga therapy, hypnotherapy, mindfulness, and massage. A client with anxiety could benefit from individual counseling, family therapy, yoga, and massage. Another client working to minimize an addiction could receive individual and group counseling, yoga for 12 step recovery, and hypnotherapy. By offering a range of services we can customize treatment.

I have a MS in Counseling Psychology earned from the University of Central Arkansas in 2010. I have been an Independently Licensed Psychological Examiner since 2013 which allows me to provide services most counselors cannot, such as psychological evaluations. I enjoy working everyone and I am LGBTQ affirming! I have worked with parents, children, adults, foster caregivers, behavioral health providers, caregivers for adults and children who suffer from chronic disorders, couples, as well those struggling to accept a loved one's lifestyle. Kathy Henson is a Licensed Certified Social Worker with 10 years of experience in mental health. She realizes that the simple things in life can become complex quickly, and that sometimes you just need a helping hand to figure things out. She is interested in working with adults with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and major life transitions. Kathy completed her Master of Social Work at the University of Arkansas-Little Rock. After 20+ years of working to help others, she decided that she wanted to do more than help someone find the peanut butter in aisle 3.
