Whether it is a recent or pending break up, the loss of a loved one, or a recent move, change can be extremely challenging and anxiety provoking. Therapy gives you the space to talk about what's going on in your life and gives you the opportunity to learn new tools so you can successfully deal with what you're experiencing. It's easy to get trapped in unproductive patterns when you aren't where you thought you'd be in life, and therapy can stop that.
I work with adult individuals and couples/partnerships. I specialize in sudden and traumatic loss (survivors of suicide, homicide, accidents) and survivors of sexual assault and abuse. I am trained in EMDR therapy as well as utilize mindfulness, CBT and a family systems framework.
My hope is to provide you with an open, non judgmental environment that will allow you to move forward and find vitality in your life again.

Grief Through the Holidays
Whether these are going to be your 1st holidays grieving or your 10th, holidays after loss can be painful. This group is here to help you through the last few months of the year. Understand patterns and symptoms of grief, new ways to cope and support yourself through the holidays, and most importantly, develop a support network with other grievers. COVID-19 has made this time even more complicated, you don’t have to navigate this alone. This is a 6 week VIRTUAL group that will starting October 2020. Cost is $45/session
