I've worked extensively with trauma survivors to help them find healing from their past, and to begin creating a life worth living for themselves in the present. I am particularly interested in helping clients cope with chronic pain and shame and enjoy working with individuals on all walks of spiritual journeys and faiths.

I work with individuals that struggle Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and other mental illnesses while helping them find their inner peace and balance. My client are free to express themselves without judgement in a safe, empathic, and authentic space.

I enjoy working with people with eating disorders and associated mood disorders as well as people with mood disorders alone. Mood disorders include challenges such as depression and anxiety.

An eating disorder specialist, Elizabeth (Liz) Stephenson has worked with adults and adolescents in many clinical settings. When treating emotional and behavioral difficulties such as depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, trauma, body image, and relationships, Liz focuses on a client's strengths. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS), her clinical experience includes individual and group therapy, assessment and treatment planning in settings including inpatient, intensive outpatient, and private clinics.
