Mrs. Rahim started RCCS in 2010. Her first experience in the field in 2007 was at the Veteran Hospital's Pain Clinic and In-patient Area. After Graduation, she spent some time in the Middle East and voluntarily served her time and knowledge with familial issues and women issues. She has experienced hospice and loss, & understands grief and suicide. Her years of experience is wide as she has worked with clients and their families about depression, anxiety, addiction, multi-cultural, multi-racial family and marital issues. She works well with adults and adolescents dealing with self esteem and communication issues.

I specialize in couples counseling and adult relationships. I have been doing couples work since 1977 and also have experience teaching graduate students in Marriage and Family Counseling. Courses included Separation, Divorce and Remarriage as well as Introduction to Marriage and Family Counseling. Dr. Ken McGill has been counseling for 25 years. Dr. McGill has a BA in Religion, and his Masters in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles. Dr. McGill has his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University, and is a Licensed MFT in Texas and California. Dr. McGill holds a certification in Alcohol and Drug Studies from UCLA, and is a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist. Dr. McGill directed a residential treatment program for people challenged with sexual compulsivity, relationship addiction and sexual trauma. Dr. McGill also respectfully supports the integration of spirituality into the clinical treatment process.

Complicated launchings of teenagers and young adults are my specialty. I work with families to identify risk factors, such as ADHD, learning difficulties, anxiety and depression, in their young person that can interfere with successful launching either through college or the work force. With improved self-awareness and self-management skills, these young adults are more able to make their way in the world. Parents are part of the treatment team as the young adult can't do it without you. Identifying launching goals and developing the skills to achieve those goals are critical to the process.
