I am a licensed professional counselor at Integrative Health Services, LLC with 15 years of experience working with individuals, adolescents, children, couples, and families. I have worked with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflicts, parenting issues, career challenges, ADHD, self-esteem, and trauma. I am a Registered Play Therapist who uses play therapy techniques to help children cope with stressful circumstances and life issues. I have a background working in the school systems and foster care helping children and teens cope with stressful circumstances and behavioral issues.

My goal as a counselor is to provide a space and to create a relationship that you can use for your own development, as well as provide you with tools and strategies to better cope with and maybe even resolve issues when the hard times come.
