I have been a counselor for over 30 years, having been honored to work with clients of all ages, 18 and older, who want to learn coping skills for a variety of issues. I am skilled in working with anxiety, depression, adult high functioning Autism, clients with Lyme & other hidden diseases, ineffective pattterns of communication, codependency, & broken relationships. I welcome all gender identities, all sexual orientations, all faith practices (or none), & all cultures and racial backgrounds.
