Does anxiety, worry and stress control your life? Take control back. I am a licensed clinical professional counselor, nationally certified counselor and licensed mental health counselor specialized in assessment and treatment of children, teens, adolescents, and adults with anxiety, OCD and related disorders. I provide evidence based treatment, including cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I include mindfulness based strategies and principles of positive psychology to empower my clients. In addition to office-based-sessions I offer home and community based treatment, videoconferencing and intensive outpatient treatment as clinically indicated. .
I focus on helping my clients overcome anxiety, worry, obsessions and repetitive behaviors, manage stress and unhealthy response patterns. Other specialties include emotion regulation, anger management, parenting issues, social skills, self-esteem, issues school adjustment issues and coping skills.
