We specialize in depression, anxiety, OCD, child therapy/adolescent challenges and relationship issues. Our approach to therapy is ECLECTIC combining CBT, mindfulness, person centered and psychoanalytic work. Relaxation techniques & exploration of inner complexes help our clients better understand themselves and their struggles.
You don't have to face these challenges alone. A team of compassionate and solution focused therapists is here to help you. We provide child, individual, couples and family psychotherapy as well as parental consults via Telehealth. Online therapy has shown to be extremely effective for counseling.
