We know that life moves in seasons. Some are challenging, others bring clarity, and many are a mix of both. We're here to walk beside you through all of it: the messy middle, the grief, the breakthroughs, the growth. At ECA Counseling, we offer compassionate, evidence-based therapy tailored to you. Our approach is grounded in honesty, connection, and curiosity. Through real conversations, practical tools, and a gentle push when needed, we help clients challenge old patterns, build confidence, and feel like themselves again.

Openings starting in November. Reaching out for help can be a difficult step, and I'm happy you’ve decided to take it. I am a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in supporting teens, college students, adults and those navigating marriage, pregnancy, children, and infertility. I work collaboratively with clients to make a plan that fits their individual needs and strengths. Additionally, for fellow social workers, I offer clinical supervision, whether you're working toward your LICSW or are seeking case consultation and support.

Life can look okay from the outside while feeling much harder on the inside. Maybe you’re navigating pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, a major transition, grief, anxiety, or experiences from your past that continue to impact how you show up today. You may feel overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or unsure of what you need but you don’t have to figure it out alone. For the past decade, I’ve supported clients through some of life’s most vulnerable seasons, including pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, identity shifts, trauma, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, grief, domestic violence, and sexual assault.

You’re smart, thoughtful, and doing your best but anxiety, low mood, or constant self-doubt still take you down. Maybe your mind jumps to worst-case scenarios, you feel pressure to "have it all figured out" or your relationship with food and your body feels complicated and exhausting. If you’re also navigating infertility, loss, or medical uncertainty, you may feel especially isolated, stuck in cycles of hope and heartbreak, and wondering why this feels so much harder than you expected. You feel lost, isolated, broken. Adulting is way harder than you expected.
