I specialize in Accelerated Resolution Therapy. ART guides the client to replace the negative images in the mind that cause the symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress with positive images of the client’s choosing. And this is done quickly, most often within one session!
I specialize in co-occurring disorders, ADHD, addiction, LGBTQIA+, and Gender affirming treatments. Our initial session will focus on your current needs and therapy expectation. My focus is to help people uncover skills, values, and personality traits that facilitate a happier and healthier life.
Utilizing Telehealth allows for a variety of appointment times to accommodate your schedule. Your sessions will be free from judgement and you can expect to feel safe and comfortable from the comfort of your own home or private space. Privacy is a priority.
