About

Life is complex, confusing, and sometimes difficult. Your past has a way of interfering with your present life as well as your hopes and dreams for the future. You may experience relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, or other issues that affect your life.
Using a psychodynamic approach, I provide a therapeutic space for you to process the difficulties of your past and present, and venture to understand the patterns that prevent you from having the life that you want. Our ongoing work together will help you develop a stronger sense of self and create a life that is more true to yourself and deeply fulfilling.
I have a special interest in working with couples, polyamory/non-monogamy, and the kink/BDSM lifestyle. I am currently seeing clients via Telehealth. I invite you to contact me and set up a free 15-minute consultation.
