I work with individuals who feel emotionally exhausted from carrying too much for too long. Many struggle with depression and anxiety rooted in rejection, abandonment, betrayal, mother wounds, or church hurt. They often find themselves overfunctioning in relationships, people-pleasing, or staying in toxic environments longer than they should because they long for stability, belonging, or love. By the time they reach out, they often recognize that painful patterns keep repeating in their lives and relationships. They come to therapy seeking clarity, emotional healing, stronger boundaries, and the ability to finally move on.
Through counseling and coaching, I help individuals uncover the deeper roots of emotional pain and unhealthy patterns. Together we identify attachment wounds, strengthen boundaries, rebuild self-worth, and develop healthier emotional responses so clients can break destructive cycles and move forward with clarity, stability, and peace.
