We all have different circumstances throughout life that cause us to feel lost, confused, hurt and disconnected from the world. These feelings can be challenging, overwhelming and sometimes we may feel there's nobody that can help us navigate through our landmine of emotions and I would be honored to assist you on your journey.
Throughout my career, I've provided counseling support to children, adults and families in the foster care system, school systems, medical settings and non-profit environments. With these experiences, I have gained insight on how we all want the same thing - to feel good about ourselves!
