I have experience learning and working in various therapeutic settings which include traumatic brain injury clinics, inpatient, universities, and outpatient facilities. As a result of my work experiences and training, I utilize evidence-based modalities which include Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical-Behavioral treatments when needed.
My goal is to help you make progress that you can see in your everyday life. It's my hope that clients grow in confidence when they experience my non-judgmental approach. I value the opportunity to meet with you and help you begin to feel the change that you are longing for.
