My Goal is to enhance client’s ability to cope with everyday life challenges. I will treat clients based on their needs and will provide them with the best approach that will benefit them. "Live a meaningful life along with therapy." I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and a Licensed Counselor Addiction Specialist Associate. I provide services for Children/Adolescents (ages 6+) and Adults with mental health and substance use concerns. I am competent in theoretical approaches such as person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focus therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy skills.
