Mental health is the most intimate non-physical relationship a person can have with another. I provide a safe, compassionate, culturally responsive, and collaborative environment. My clinical style of psychotherapy includes psychodynamic, humanistic, existential, and motivational interviewing. I believe that therapy is a guide to introduce you to yourself, by raising awareness and helping you have insight into understanding your inner conflicts, such as who are you really? Who would you like to become?
I specialize in working with individuals that struggle with anxiety, addictions and couples counseling. Let's be honest, at some point we all struggle with anxiety, depression and have issues in our relationship. The most important part is not becoming stuck or committed to self-destruction. We will explore the healing part together.
The goal is to find the disconnect. I will help my clients alleviate and find new ways to deal with their distress.
