I’m a licensed therapist with 15 years of experience. I received my undergraduate degree at Tuskegee University and my graduate degree at the University of Alabama. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I focus on creating a space where you can be honest, slow down, and work through what’s been hard. My ideal clients are women ages 18–65 who are navigating transitional seasons of life—whether it’s starting school, marriage, parenting, divorce, retirement, or aging. As a woman myself, I deeply understand the unique challenges women face, and I’m passionate about supporting them through these shifts.
