I work with teens and adults who are carrying a lot quietly and need a safe place to breathe, process, and heal.
I walk alongside adults navigating stress, anxiety, ADHD symptoms, and lingering emotional hurt. With gentle, holistic, trauma-informed care, I support your mind and body. Using CBT, mindfulness, and practical tools, we build clarity, balance, and confidence at a pace that honors your needs.
