I also support children and adolescents facing emotional or behavioral challenges and work with couples seeking healthier communication, deeper connection, and stronger relationships through telehealth and in-person sessions.
I help adults build confidence, strengthen self-worth, and navigate anxiety, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges with compassion and practical support. Using CBT and EFT, I also support children, adolescents, and couples in improving communication, emotional well-being, and healthier relationships through telehealth and in-person therapy.
