I offer a safe space for you to show up as yourself! I take a client-centered approach to therapy, tailoring every session and treatment approach to your unique needs and goals. I combine my professional experience as a licensed social worker and mental health therapist with my own personal life experiences to help others find the courage to empower themselves.
I have always been passionate about helping and empowering others, especially women! I identify with the fact that there are times in our lives that we feel "stuck", overwhelmed, anxious, or simply unfulfilled. I help women find the courage to empower themselves by teaching them how to tackle self-limiting beliefs, communicate more effectively.
In our first session, we will begun to get to know each other better. My goal is to make sure you feel comfortable and as relaxed as possible. It’s also an opportunity for us to start identifying some treatment goals. I prioritize clear, direct communication. I provide feedback gently, but clearly. I practice active and empathetic listening.
