We all have a journey and a purpose for our life. As a Mental Health Therapist and Life Coach, I work with individuals, adolescents, families, and couples (age 13+) that are seeking additional support and guidance as they continue on their journey. I have experience in working with trauma, domestic violence, sexual assault, anxiety, depression, and clients who just want to feel "unstuck."
I am passionate about supporting clients from a Trauma-Informed perspective to allow my clients to unpack their past and present in order to be the best version of their future self. It is important to me that I meet clients where they are and support them in whatever it is they are wanting to accomplish!
I truly will be your biggest cheerleader and advocate. It is important to me that you learn to love yourself for who you are and not what everyone else expects or wants you to be.
