I’m a non-judgmental therapist who values balance as a core concept to support clients’ healing. I am passionate about collaborating with people who have treatment goals around desire/arousal, pelvic floor symptoms, discernment therapy, relationship trauma, and body dysmorphia that manifests as plastic surgery addiction. With expertise in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Somatic Experiencing (SE) Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, I offer a personalized and comprehensive approach to treatment.
Many clients find SE useful in healing trauma symptoms and sexual self-exploration. Clients report feeling IFS is useful at giving them tangible ways to process emotions post-session. I tend to apply a Solution-Focused approach to all of my clients in order to remain intentional about our time together and adhere to treatment goals.
