I use a therapy called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. This therapy helps you accept the things outside of your control and explore your values and embrace choices that enrich your life. I also provide you tools for effective communication, boundary setting, self care and self compassion.
I believe everyone has value, worth, deserves to be respected, heard and believed. I strive to be a non-anxious presence, a rock of help in hard times. I am a Christian and if you are looking for Christian counseling, I counsel from both grace and truth using scripture and prayer as you are comfortable.
