Our sessions will involve elements of cognitive/behavioral, internal family systems, emotion-focused, mindfulness, and somatic therapy. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, disordered eating, and body image resilience. I particularly enjoy helping individuals through life transitions including identity exploration.
