You're seeking support for general struggles, such as stress, divorce, bad days or want to improve your relationship with food and/or body. I specialize in eating disorders and psychedelic integrations (harm reduction model). Please know help is available and things can change. I provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families. I work with people age 16 and older. I regularly work with people who are overcoming trauma, anxiety and other life stressors. Families are welcome to be a part of the therapy process. I only offer telehealth sessions.
If you're struggling with body image, chronic dieting, emotional eating, or disordered eating, I'm a specialized professional who can help. Beyond the speciality of disordered eating, I am skilled to help with a variety of mental health, like trauma. Also, if you're seeking support through coaching to integration psychedelic experiences, please reach out.
You can expect a safe and trusting environment where I will be empathic, engaged, and open. You can expect feedback, some suggestions, and help to determine a plan. If you are someone who is interested to know more of the details, I use Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems, DBT skills, and Lifespan Integration (for trauma) regularly.

Professional Connections

Gwen is bright, candid, fun, and personable. I worked closely with her for several years in both in graduate school and at the same internship. We did a counseling group using improvisation together and she did an excellent job connecting with people and finding ways to make concepts engaging and relevant. Her insight with clients is high and she cares a great deal about her work.
