Announcement icon Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I am currently offering sessions via teletherapy and will keep you updated on my return to the office!
When working with adults, my ideal client is motivated to seek change in their life. They are looking to build skills to overcome feelings of anxiety and depression by looking inward and doing the work at the root of the challenge. My clients and I work together toward identity development and a better sense of self. When working with children and teens, my ideal client is a child who struggles to use their voice to express their emotions and their needs. Through play and games, I help children find the confidence to discover their unique identities!
I offer a depth of knowledge of child development, attachment, women's health, eating disorders, and anxiety and depressive disorders and training in several treatment models. I utilize my training to create unique treatment plans to help each client set and meet achievable goals and walk away from treatment with a set of skills to tackle any challenge.
Just like a scraped knee or a broken bone, your mental health deserves time and care to heal and come back stronger. Together we will work to develop a plan that meets you or your child's needs and goals, aimed at emotion regulation, confidently voicing your needs, and identity development. I am eager to speak with you and learn about you soon!
