I’m a clinical sexologist and a somatic therapy practitioner. I use Somatic Experiencing and other neurophysiology-based therapies to help release the negative patterns and blocks your body holds around sex and intimacy and to teach you how to feel more embodied, connected and confident. I combine this approach with sex coaching and education to help you achieve your unique vision for a pleasurable and fulfilling sex life.
