I assist clients struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, past trauma, low self-esteem, marital problems and more through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, and Spiritual / Christian Counseling. I work exceptionally well with youth and adolescents, particularly females, who may be struggling to find their way.
